    These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Rajeev Manoharan, trading as Phoenix RN Nursing Coaching Center, based in Manama, Bahrain ("Phoenix RN", "we", "us"). By using our website phoenix-rn.com or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to these terms.

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using the Phoenix RN Nursing Coaching Center website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

    2. Services Description

    Phoenix RN Nursing Coaching Center provides nursing exam preparation coaching services for:

    • NHRA Bahrain Nursing Exam
    • DHA Dubai Healthcare Authority Exam
    • DOH/HAAD Abu Dhabi Health Authority Exam
    • MOH UAE Ministry of Health Exam
    • SNLE Saudi Nursing Licensure Exam
    • Qatar, Oman, and Kuwait Prometric Exams
    • NCLEX-RN and OET Preparation

    3. Enrollment & Payment

    Payments on phoenix-rn.com are processed securely by PayPal. By placing an order you also agree to PayPal's User Agreement which governs payment, billing and buyer protection.

    • Digital products (Study Materials, Guided Self-Study Programme, 10-Day Crash Course, NCLEX-RN Bundle) are sold at the prices listed on our pricing page in USD
    • Access is granted to your account shortly after successful payment
    • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (30-day money-back guarantee)
    • Live 1-on-1 / batch coaching arranged over WhatsApp is billed separately at the price agreed at enrollment

    3a. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

    • Use the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam
    • Infringe the intellectual property of Phoenix RN or any third party
    • Probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the service
    • Share your account credentials, or resell, redistribute or sublicense the materials

    4. Student Responsibilities

    As a student, you agree to:

    • Attend classes regularly and participate actively
    • Complete assigned practice tests and homework
    • Respect instructors and fellow students
    • Not share or distribute study materials without permission
    • Provide accurate personal and contact information

    5. Intellectual Property

    All study materials, practice questions, and content provided by Phoenix RN Nursing Coaching Center are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.

    6. Disclaimer

    While we strive to provide the best coaching and preparation, Phoenix RN Nursing Coaching Center does not guarantee exam success. Results depend on individual effort, dedication, and various other factors. Our coaching is designed to maximize your chances of success, but ultimate responsibility lies with the student.

    7. Service Level, Warranties & Limitation of Liability

    We provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis and do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific exam result will be achieved. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

    Phoenix RN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

    7a. Suspension and Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon a refund being issued via PayPal, access to the corresponding product will be revoked.

    8. Communication

    By enrolling in our services, you consent to receive communications via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email regarding course schedules, updates, and promotional information.

    9. Modifications

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
