How the 28-day NHRA self-study plan splits your time

Days are allocated in proportion to the National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) — Kingdom of Bahrain blueprint weighting, not split evenly — so the topics that carry the most marks get the most hours. The final 4 days are reserved for full-length mock tests and reworking your mistakes.

The NHRA self-study plan is for nurses who want to prepare online for the NHRA exam (Bahrain Prometric exam, Bahrain nursing exam) at their own pace, without fixed class times. It is a 28-day guided programme in the app — you are not given a pile of PDFs, you are given one clear task each day.

Every day has a video lesson, a study note and a quiz; the next day unlocks once you pass. The order follows the NHRA blueprint, spending most time on Fundamentals of Nursing (~15%), Adult Health (Medical-Surgical) (~30%), Pharmacology (~15%). A weakness booster re-serves the topics you keep getting wrong, and full timed mocks at the end show whether you're ready for a computer-based test (cbt) delivered by prometric.

Plan for 60–90 minutes a day around your shifts. If you'd rather have a tutor, switch to live NHRA exam coaching; if your exam is less than three weeks away, the 10-day crash course is faster. Pass mark reference: 60% (published NHRA pass mark).
